# Accuracy indicator

The Confidence Indicator measures the reliability of rebuild value estimates on a scale from 65% to 99%, which is converted to a 1-7 rating for simplicity. It uses a penalty-and-bonus system that evaluates data quality, completeness, and property characteristics.
