## Difference with AVM API

The foundational AVM, unlike the AVM+, is fully compliant with NRVT guidelines and provides appraised values in accordance with the standards outlined in the guideline.

## How to use

To be able to deliver the market value and object details, we need to identify the object based on each own details and the valuation date. The valuation date represents the date for which the user desires to have the transaction values. The response provides some features of the house, for example build year, inner surface area etc.
