# AVM+ API

## Why AVM+?

The purpose of the AVM + model is to efficiently generate accurate predictions of transaction prices by leveraging a comprehensive range of available data and market indicators. By incorporating all relevant information, this model ensures both speed and high coverage.

## Difference with AVM API

The foundational AVM, unlike the AVM+, is fully compliant with NRVT guidelines and provides appraised values in accordance with the standards outlined in the guideline.

## Advantages over AVM API

1. Expanded Coverage: Our system can now generate valuations for all types of property houses, ensuring comprehensive coverage across the market.
2. Improved Accuracy: With advanced algorithms and data analysis techniques, our system has significantly increased its accuracy in predicting transaction prices.
3. Enhanced Speed: Our system's performance has been optimized to deliver faster results. You can now obtain property valuations more efficiently, saving time and improving productivity.

## How to use

To be able to deliver the market value and object details, we need to identify the object based on each own details and the valuation date. The valuation date represents the date for which the user desires to have the transaction values. The response provides some features of the house, for example build year, inner surface area etc.
