# Interactive Reference API

## Introduction

The Interactive Reference API is designed with the precision needs of appraisers in mind, offering a dynamic and flexible approach to identifying the most pertinent reference objects for property valuation. This powerful tool enables the retrieval of relevant transaction data, ensuring appraisers can pinpoint comparables that align closely with multiple variables and stringent criteria of the target property.

**Key features of the Interactive Reference API include:**

* Access to a curated list of 30 relevant transactions that share attributes with the target property, providing a solid foundation for comparative analysis.
* Advanced filtering capabilities that allow appraisers to fine-tune their search based on a wide array of variables, ensuring the reference objects are truly comparable.
* Utilization of strict functions to maintain a high standard of relevance and accuracy in the selection of comparable transactions.

This API is an invaluable resource for appraisers seeking to enhance the precision and reliability of their property appraisals with data-driven support.
