### Introductie

De **Verduurzaming API Delta voor appartementen** helpt professionals in de Nederlandse woningmarkt om verduurzamingsmaatregelen nauwkeurig te beoordelen. De API is gebaseerd op de nieuwe **NTA 8800 energieprestatie-eisen** en draait de traditionele analyse om: in plaats van te beginnen met bestaande maatregelen en daar de verbetering uit te rekenen, kunnen gebruikers nu **direct hun gewenste maatregelen definiëren**.

De API berekent vervolgens het bijbehorende energielabel en geeft daarnaast inzicht in:

* **Investeringen** per maatregel (€)
* **Verwachte besparing** per maatregel (€/jaar en CO₂-reductie)
* **Verbetering van BENG2** per maatregel
* Jaarlijkse en maandelijkse **energiekostenbesparing** (€) en ROI (%)
* Gas-, elektriciteits- en stadswarmte**verbruik**
* Effect op de **woningwaarde**
