# Isolatiewaarden

In de Verduurzaming API heeft de invoer voor isolatie betrekking op de kwalitatieve aanduiding van de isolatiedikte: geen, matig, goed of zeer goed.

Deze invoer wordt omgezet naar invoerwaarden voor de verschillende methoden.

Bij matige isolatie geldt als uitgangspunt dat de resulterende Rc-waarde voor het energielabel conservatief is ten opzichte van de Rc-waarde voor de EI. Dit betekent dat in een aantal gevallen wordt gekozen voor “niet na-geïsoleerd”.

Voor de EI, BENG en het verbruik wordt een specifieke Rc-waarde gebruikt. Deze waarde hangt af van de isolatiedikte. We gaan uit van een bepaalde isolatiedikte, afhankelijk van het bouwjaar.

Voor de EI, BENG en het verbruik wordt een lambdawaarde van 0,045 W/mK gebruikt voor isolatie. De basisweerstand, afkomstig van de niet-isolerende lagen, is:

* 0,15 m²K/W voor vloeren
* 0,36 m²K/W voor gevels
* 0,22 m²K/W voor daken

Geen isolatie en matige isolatie zijn bij recentere bouwjaren niet mogelijk. In die gevallen staat in de tabel “NA”.<br>

De Rc-waarden op het niveau “zeer goed” zijn in lijn met het advies van Milieu Centraal.
