The API returns a 429 error

The HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response status code indicates the user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time ("rate limiting").

This can be caused by a quota limit when you are a Free user. Upgrade to a Pay per use account on the Platform to remove the Quota restriction.
